The following fees may be assessed against your account and the following transaction limitations, if any, apply to your account.

ATM Services

Replace lost ATM card	$5.00
ATM cash withdrawal from savings, checking, or money market account	$1.50
Transfer funds at ATM from savings or checking accounts	$1.50
Balance inquiry at ATM for savings, checking, or money market account	$1.50
Point-of-Sale Transaction fee is on a per transaction basis	$1.50
Dollar limit for withdrawal and/or point-of-sale transaction	$1.50

The use of an ATM owned by The Bank of Texas will not incur a charge for any transaction, i.e. withdrawal, transfer, or inquiry if you maintain the account with The Bank of Texas.
